SwissBake® Enzy G500+ is a versatile multipurpose bread improver with advanced enzyme technology suitable for European markets. The improver provides excellent volume and soft texture to the breads. It has double leavening action, once during dough making and other at the time of baking. It has better CO 2 release then EU standard of 12%.
