SwissBake's Waffle Cone Mix - Red Velvet produces crispy, perfectly textured red velvet flavoured cones ideal for scoops of ice cream. To prepare just add cold water to the dry mix and mix until smooth. For every 1 kg, Waffle cone mix use 800-900 ml cold water.

Baker Recipe for Red velvet flavoured cone

WAFFLE CONE MIX - RED VELVET 1000 gm
Cold Water 800 gm

Baking Method

Blend waffle cone mix and water for 2 to 3 minutes on slow speed or mix them manually
Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle maker plate
Cook at 210º-220°C for 2 min to 3 min or untill crisp
Quickly remove the cooked waffle from the iron plate
Shape It Into a Cone Shape by rolling it around the aluminium or wooden cone roller
Hold the waffle cone on the cone roller for few seconds to set its shape and now its totally ready for a scoop of an ice-cream
