Ingredients

SwissBake® Gluten-Free Cookie Mix - 200g
Butter - 38g
Eggs - 38g
Chocolate Chips - 100g

Method

  • Place all the ingredients in a mix bowl using a paddle attachment, whip it together for 1 min on slow speed
  • Scrape the mixture then whip again for 3mins on high speed.
  • Once the dough is combined, measure each cookie of 25g-30g and flatten the cookies
  • Place it on baking tray and top it with some choco chips
  • Bake it for 170°C - 180°C for 15 to 17 mins.
  • Serve these cookies in high tea.
