Place all the ingredients in a mix bowl except the icing sugar using a paddle attachment, whip it together for 1 min on slow speed and then 3mins on high speed.
Once the dough is combined cut them in 30g each.
Now take icing sugar in a bowl, roll out the dough balls in icing sugar and then place it on butter paper.
Bake the cookies at 180°C for about 15 to 17 mins.
