BAKE TIME : 15 - 17 mins
PREP TIME : 19 - 21 mins

Ingredients

SwissBake® Gluten-Free Cookie Mix - 200g
Butter - 38g
Eggs - 38g
Dried Cranberry - 20g
Pistachios, chopped - 25g

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a mix bowl using a paddle attachment, whip it together for 1 min on slow speed
  2. Scrape the mixture then whip again for 3mins on high speed.
  3. Once the dough is combined flatten the cookies a little and cut it with cookie cutter and place it on baking tray.
  4. Bake it for 180°C for 15 to 17 mins.
  5. Serve these cookies in high tea.
