Refined wheat flour, Banana Flour, Milk solids, Edible starch, Cinnamon
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl using a wire mesh for 4 to 5 minutes until a uniform batter is formed. Let the mixture settle down and then whisk for another 4 to 5 minutes. Preheat the pan/skillet at 160°C to 180°C. Pour 1⁄4 cup batter on hot and oiled pan/skillet and cook for 2 minutes on both sides or until golden brown in colour.
