SwissBake® Tea Time Vanilla Cake Mixes are convenient complete mixes for the preparation of vanilla-flavoured English-style pound cakes, tea time cakes, and bar cakes.
It has a dense crumb texture with a soft crust and imparts a rich and moist mouthfeel with a short bite. The cakes made using this mix have a good stability and volume along with a dense texture. Add nuts, chocolate chips, dry fruits or other additions of your choice to create your own special product variants.

Method
Use a paddle attachment on the planetary mixer for mixing. Weigh water, eggs and oil, pour them into a mixing bowl along with Tea Time Cake Mix and mix at slow speed for 1 to 2 minutes. Scrape the sides and center of the bowl for even mixing. Further, mix at medium speed for 5 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased mould and bake at 160°C to 170°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
