Key Ingredients
Refined Wheat Flour, Sugar, Modified Starch, Emulsifiers, Matcha Powder, Raising Agents, Stabilizer, Colour [E102, E133] and Nature Identical Flavourings [Matcha, Vanilla].
Method
Place all the cake mix, eggs & water in a mixing bowl of a planetary mixer. Using a whisk attachment, whip on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape the sides & bottom of the bowl and whip on medium speed for 3-4 minutes.
Add oil and whip again on slow speed for 1 minute. Pour the batter into baking tins / moulds lined with parchment paper. Bake at a maximum temperature of 160°C for 25-30 minutes.

NOTE: For a perfect appearance and colour retention, strictly do not exceed the recommended baking temperature & time.
