It also helps in enhancing the crust colour as well as improving volume in soft breads and sponges. It is an off white to brownish coloured powder that can be used in a dosage of 1% to 6% on flour weight or about 80% of skimmed milk powder dosage.
This product has been made exclusively for baked applications and cannot be used in cold desserts or beverages.
