This is a complete mix for the preparation of bit sized red velvet style mini pancakes. The mix is very easy and convenient to use and can be made instantly whenever there is need. This mix makes 100% eggless mini pancakes that are light, soft and fluffy. Ideal for use in all kinds of quick service restaurants and café’s.

Method
Whisk SwissBake® mini pancake and water together to make a smooth uniform batter.
Pre-heat pan for 10 minutes and brush with melted butter.
Pour and fill batter into the required wells making sure that the batter covers at-least 80% of the well.
Maintain the internal plate temperature at 180’ C and let the batter cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Take the mini delights out to serve by garnishing it with your choice of fillings and toppings.
