SwissBake's Waffle Cone Mix - Vanilla produces crispy, perfectly textured vanilla flavoured cones ideal for scoops of ice cream. To prepare just add cold water to the dry mix and mix until smooth. For every 1 kg, Waffle cone mix use 800-900 ml cold water

Method

Blend Waffle Cone mix and water for 2 to 3 min on slow speed or mix them manually. Pour the batter on to the preheated waffle maker plate. Cook at 210C to 220C. Quickly remove the cooked waffle from the iron plate. Roll it around the aluminium or wooden cone roller to make a cone or shape it as required.
