For Banana Waffles:

SwissBake® Egg-Free Banana Cake Mix – 1000g
• Water – 520g
• Vegetable Oil – 230g
Optional Garnish & Toppings:
• Sliced Fresh Banana
• Maple Syrup
• Whipped Cream
• Powdered Sugar
Method
Batter Preparation: In a planetary mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, combine the SwissBake® Egg-Free Banana Cake Mix and water. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl completely. Mix again on high speed for 3 minutes to form a smooth, lump-free batter. Reduce speed to slow. Slowly stream in the vegetable oil and continue mixing for 1 minute until the oil is fully incorporated. Do not overmix after the oil is added.
Waffle Cooking (Waffle Iron): Preheat the waffle machine to 170°C to 180°C (338°F to 356°F). Adjust as needed based on your equipment. If required, lightly grease the waffle plates before the first batch. Gently stir the batter (avoid over-aerating) and pour a portion onto the centre of the preheated waffle iron. Close the lid and cook for 2.5–3 minutes, or until the steam reduces and the waffle is golden brown. Open the lid and check for doneness – the waffle should lift easily and be evenly browned. Adjust cooking time if needed.
