How to make Black Forest Brownie Waffle Cake

Perfect Black Forest Brownie Waffle prepared by SwissBake® Brownie Waffle Mix
BAKE TEMP : 180 - 200°C
MIXING TIME : 4 - 5 mins
BAKE TIME : 5 - 6 mins
PREP TIME : 10 - 15 mins

Ingredients

SwissBake® Brownie Waffle Mix (Veg) – 1000g
Water – 800 to 1000g
Vegetable oil – 100 to 200g
Cherry compote - 200g
Whipped cream - 600g
Fresh cherry - 200g
Chocolate shaving

Method

  • Preheat the waffle iron
  • Stir the SwissBake® Brownie Waffle Mix and water together with a wire whisk for 4-5 minutes or until smooth.
  • Let the batter stand for 2-3 minutes
  • Pour about 2/3 cup batter onto the preheated waffle iron
  • Cook waffles for 5-6 minutes at 180°C to 200°C
  • Let it cool down completely
  • Layer some whipped cream and cherry compote on top of waffle and repeat the procedure twice
  • Garnish & decorate the cake with some fresh cherries and chocolate shavings
