How to make Brownie Waffle Sundae

Perfect Brownie Waffle Sundae prepared by SwissBake® Brownie Waffle Mix
BAKE TEMP : 180 - 200ºC
MIXING TIME : 4 - 5 mins
BAKE TIME : 5
PREP TIME : 10 - 15 mins

Ingredients

Swissbake® Brownie Waffle Mix (veg) – 1000g
Water – 800 to 1000g
Vegetable oil – 100 to 200g
Chocolate ice cream - 250g
Vanilla ice cream - 250g
Strawberry ice cream - 250g
Fresh strawberry - 250g
Fresh blueberry - 200g
Banana- small 8-10
Tutti frutti - 200g
Walnuts - 200g
Cashewnuts - 200g
White chocolate sauce - 500ml
Dark chocolate sauce - 500ml

Method

  • Preheat the waffle iron
  • Stir the SwissBake® Brownie Waffle Mix and water together with a wire whisk for 4-5 minutes or until smooth.
  • Let the batter stand for 2-3 minutes
  • Pour about 2/3 cup batter onto the preheated waffle iron
  • Cook waffles for 5-6 minutes at 180°C to 200°C
  • Cut the waffle in 4 equal parts and place it on the plate
  • Add scoops of ice creams, fresh strawberries, blueberries and cut banana pieces
  • Garnish it with tutti-frutti and chopped nuts
  • Finish it with drizzles of white chocolate sauce & dark chocolate sauce
