How to make Brownie Cupcakes With Salted Caramel Popcorn

BAKE TEMP : 160 - 180ºC
MIXING TIME : 4 - 5 mins
BAKE TIME : 25 - 30 mins
PREP TIME : 30 - 35 mins


For Brownie Cupcakes:
SwissBake® Schoko Brownie Mix (Veg) – 1000g
Water – 320g
Vegetable Oil – 240g
Caramel Popcorn – 1 packet
Chocolate Vermicelli Sprinkles – 150g
Chocolate Sauce – 100g
Caramel Sauce – 100g


  • Place the SwissBake® Schoko Brownie Mix (Veg), water & oil in a mixing bowl
  • Using a paddle attachment on a planetary mixer, mix at a slow speed for 1 min.
  • Scrape the batter and mix at medium speed for 3 to 4 mins.
  • Pour the batter into the cup cake moulds, bake at 160°C to 180°C for 25 to 30 mins.
  • Once the cupcakes cool down completely, drizzle some chocolate sauce
  • Garnish it with caramel popcorn and chocolate vermicelli sprinkles.
  • At last, drizzle some caramel sauce and serve them!
