How to make Chocolate-Filled Donuts

Exquisite gourmet chocolate-filled donuts – a chef's delight! Crafted to perfection, these delicate rings boast a luscious chocolate filling that elevates the art of indulgence to new heights.
MIXING TIME : 11 - 14 mins
PREP TIME : 65- 70 mins


For Donuts:
SwissBake® Perfect-Raised Donut Mix – 1000g
Water – 430g
Yeast – 40g
For Chocolate Filling:
SwissBake® Mousse Schoko - 200 gm
Milk (Cold) - 500 gm
Chocolate Glaze - 1 Small Bottle - 250gms


  • For (SB Mousse Schoko) place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  • Whip it on high speed for 6 to 7 min untill smooth and raised.
  • Store and refrigerate for 60 mins.
  • For (Perfect Raised Donut) place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix on 3-4 mins on slow speed.
  • Mix it on 8-10 mins on high speed.
  • Dough temperature should not exceed 24ºC. Rest the dough for 15 - 20 minutes and then roll out the dough to approx 10mm.
  • Cut the Donut with the cutter and proof for 25 - 30 minutes at 32ºC and 85% relative humidity.
  • After proving allow the donuts to rest for 2 mins to 4 mins at room temperature for the donuts to become dry.
  • Fry at 170ºC for 120 seconds each side.
  • Once the donut cools down completely, fill it with SwissBake® Schoko Mousse and garnish it with chocolate glaze.
