Ingredients

SwissBake® Mousse Vanilla – 400g
Cold Milk – 1000g
Dark Chocolate - 500g
Fresh Berries - 250g 

Method

  • Make chocolate cups out of chocolate and keep it in fridge.
  • Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  • Whip it on high speed for 6 to 7 mins until smooth and aeriated.l  Now place the chocolate cups on the plate & pipe some vanilla mousse in the basket
  • Refrigerate it for 15 to 20 mins.
  • Now put some fresh berries and garnish it with mint leaves and serve it.
