Flaky, Cherry & Dark Chocolate Florentine prepared by SwissBake® Florentine Mix

Ingredients

SwissBake® Florentine Mix – 180g
Plain Corn Flakes – 50 to 60g
Strawberry Corn Flakes – 50 to 60g
Dried Cherries – 20 to 25g
Dark Chocolate – 250g

Method

  • Place all the ingredients of Florentine in a bowl, except dark chocolate and blend it well
  • Sprinkle the prepared mixture inside the disposable small cups.
  • Spread the mixture evenly and bake at 190°C for approximately 12-15 mins with steam.
  • Once the Florentine cools down completely, using a skewer, dip in the dark chocolate. Let it set and serve!
