How to make Gluten-Free Brownie Pops

MIXING TIME : 5 - 6 mins
BAKE TIME : 25 - 30 mins
PREP TIME : 50 - 56 mins

Ingredients

SwissBake® Gluten-Free Brownie Mix - 1000g
Water - 240g
Vegetable Oil - 120g
Hazelnuts - 120g
Milk Chocolate, melted - 1000g
White Chocolate, melted - 250g

Method

  • Place the SwissBake® Gluten-Free Brownie Mix and water in the mixing bowl.
  • Using a paddle attachment on a planetary mixer, mix on slow speed for 1 minute
  • Add oil and mix again for 1 minute on the slow speed.
  • Scrape the gluten-free brownie batter and mix at medium speed for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Pour the batter in a silicon popsicle mould
  • Bake at 160°C-180°c for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Once the brownies are baked, cool them off in the silicon mould & de-mould after cooled.
  • Place the brownies in the freezer for about 10 mins.
  • Now melt both the chocolates in separate bowls.
  • Take the brownies out of the freezer, dip the popsicle stick in milk chocolate and let it set.
  • Place in the freezer again for about 15 mins to set.
  • Dip each of the chilled brownie popsicle again into the milk chocolate for double coating
  • Lay the popsicle on the parchment paper, garnish it with melted white chocolate
  • Allow to set, serve and enjoy.
