Method
Using a planetary mixer with the paddle attachment, mix the Gluten-Free Fudgy Brownie Mix and water for 1 minute on a slow speed. Scrape the mixture, add oil and again mix for 1 minute on a slow speed. Scrape again and mix for 3 minutes to 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour the batter into the baking tray/mould as desired and bake at 160°C for approximately 45 minutes.
