Gluten Free Cake recipe using SwissBake® Gluten Free Cake Mix
BAKE TEMP : 180ºC
MIXING TIME : 5 mins
BAKE TIME : 25 - 30 mins
PREP TIME : 35

Ingredients

GLUTEN FREE CAKE MIX - 1000 gm
EGGS - 600 gm
OIL - 50 gm
WATER - 200 gm

Method

 Mix water, eggs and Gluten free mix for two min on slow speed with whisk blade Scrape and mix again for 5 mins in medium speed Scrape Add oil and mix for 1 min on slow speed. Bake at 180°c for 25 to 30 mins
