How to make Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies

Perfect Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies prepared by SwissBake® Red Velvet Cookie Mix, Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies are soft, chewy cake-like cookies.
BAKE TEMP : 160°C
MIXING TIME : 3 mins
BAKE TIME : 20 to 22 mins
PREP TIME : 20 to 25 mins

Ingredients

SwissBake® Red Velvet Cookie Mix - 1000g
Water - 100g
Unsalted Butter - 150g
Icing Sugar - 500g

Method

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl using a paddle attachment and blend together on slow speed for 1 min, scrape down the mixture and blend again for 2 mins on medium speed.
  • Once the dough is formed, clean wrap it and refrigerate it for 15 mins.
  • Measure the cookies 30gms each and then coat it with icing sugar properly.
  • Place it onto the baking tray and bake at 160°C for 20 to 22 mins
  • Once it cools down serve it.
