How much is the shelf life of the SwissBake® Red Velvet Cookie Mix?

The mix has a shelf life of 9 months when stored under 21ºc in a dry and hygienic environment. The cookies can be stored in a closed airtight jar after cooling for up to 7 days. It is preferable to store in a refrigerator for better shelf life.

Can I use margarine instead of butter?

Although margarine can use used, It is recommended to use unsalted butter for best results.
