How to make Red Velvet Tiramisu

Perfect Red Velvet Tiramisu prepared using SwissBake® Red Velvet Cake Mix
BAKE TEMP : 170°c
MIXING TIME : 6 mins
BAKE TIME : 25 to 30mins
PREP TIME : 30 - 36 mins


Red Velvet Mix V13337 - 1000gm
Water - 425gm
Oil - 250gm
Coco powder - for dust
Coffee powder - 100gm
Whipped cream - 500gm
Mascarpone cheese - 300gm


  • Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl,using a whisk attachment mix the cake mix on slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Scrape the batter and again mix at medium speed for 2 mins, add oil while mixing at slow speed for 1 min, again mix at medium speed for 2 min.
  • Pour the batter into the baking tin and bake at 170°c for 25 to 30mins.
  • Make a coffee syrup and keep it aside
  • Soften the mascarpone cheese and fold in whipped cream and keep it in the fridge.
  • Cut the sponge in 2 equal layers and keep it aside
  • Take a square tub cake tin , place one sponge layer at the bottom
  • Soak the sponge with coffee syrup and pour 80 gms of cream frosting and repeat the procedure once.
  • Dust some coco powder and serve it.
