How to make Roasted Walnut Florentine

Roasted Walnut Florentine prepared by SwissBake® Florentine Mix

PREP TIME : 15 - 17 min

Ingredients

Florentine Mix - 180 gms
Roasted Walnut  - 180 gms

Method

  • Take the SwissBake® Florentine Mix and sprinkle 30g of mixture at the bottom of the cookie cutter ring - 2nos lined with baking paper, and -add 30g of roasted walnuts on the top.     
  • Spread the mixture evenly and smoothen the top surface with spatula or spoon.  
  • Bake at 190ºC for approximately 15 minutes with steam.  
  • Once the Florentines are baked remove it from the oven and keep it aside to cool down and then remove the Walnut Florentine from the ring and serve it.
