How to make Spicy Plum & Walnut Bundt Cake

BAKE TEMP : 160 - 170ºC
MIXING TIME : 5 mins
BAKE TIME : 30 - 40 mins
PREP TIME : 40 - 46 mins

Ingredients

SwissBake® Spicy Plum Cake Mix – 1000g
Water – 550g
Vegetable Oil – 100g
Walnuts – 250g
Fresh Plums – 100g

Method

  • Using the paddle attachment on a planetary mixer, blend Swissbake® Spicy Plum Cake Mix & water at slow speed for a minute
  • Scrape the batter and mix again at medium speed for 3 minutes
  • Add oil and mix again at slow speed for 1 minutes
  • Add walnuts & fresh plums to the batter and fold it gently
  • Pour the batter into bundt cake moulds and bake at 160°C to 170°C for 30 to 40 minutes or until baked
  • Once it cools down, serve it with fresh plum
