Key Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Cocoa Solids, Coffee Powder, Milk Solids, Leavening Agents, Emulsifier (E471, E475), Natural Flavours.
Method
Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Using the paddle attachment on a planetary mixer, mix at slow speed for 2 minutes and then at high speed for 3 minutes to 4 minutes. Pour the batter into an aluminum foil mould. Bake at 200°C to 210°C for approximately 8-10 minutes.
