Crafted through a natural fermentation and precise dehydration process, our powdered sourdough enriches baked goods with a deep, nutty flavour, roasty aroma, and a well-developed crust. The blend of seeds and whole grains enhances the nutritional profile while delivering an authentic sourdough tang.
Ideal for professional bakers, commercial bakeries, premium restaurants & cafés and industrial bread baking businesses seeking to incoporate versatality in their exisiting recipes or to expand their offerings. Suitable for a range of sourdough recipes, including sourdough multigrain breads, classic loaves, artisan breads, baguettes, crackers, and more.
