How to make Brownie Cupcakes With Salted Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients
For Brownie Cupcakes:
SwissBake® Schoko Brownie Mix (Veg
) – 1000g
Water – 320g
Vegetable Oil – 240g
Other:
Caramel Popcorn – 1 packet
Chocolate Vermicelli Sprinkles – 150g
Chocolate Sauce – 100g
Caramel Sauce – 100g
Method
Place the
SwissBake® Schoko Brownie Mix (Veg)
, water & oil in a mixing bowl
Using a paddle attachment on a planetary mixer, mix at a slow speed for 1 min.
Scrape the batter and mix at medium speed for 3 to 4 mins.
Pour the batter into the cup cake moulds, bake at 160°C to 180°C for 25 to 30 mins.
Once the cupcakes cool down completely, drizzle some chocolate sauce
Garnish it with caramel popcorn and chocolate vermicelli sprinkles.
At last, drizzle some caramel sauce and serve them!
