How to make S’mores Brownie Cups

Elevate your treats with S'mores Brownie Cups made using Swissbake® Schoko Brownie Mix (Veg). Gooey, gourmet, and simply irresistible.
BAKE TEMP : 160 - 180ºC
MIXING TIME : 4 - 5 mins
BAKE TIME : 25 - 30 mins
PREP TIME : 30 - 34 mins

Ingredients

Swissbake® Schoko Brownie Mix (Veg) – 1000g
Water – 320g
Vegetable oil – 240g
Marshmallows – 3 packets
Melted chocolate – for garnishing

Method

  • Place the Swissbake® Schoko Brownie Mix (Veg), water & oil in a mixing bowl
  • Using a paddle attachment on a planetary mixer, mix at a slow speed for 1 min.
  • Scrape the batter and mix at medium speed for 3 to 4 mins.
  • Pour the batter into silicone muffin moulds, bake at 160°c to 180°c for 25 to 30 mins.
  • Once the brownie comes out of the oven, scoop out a hollow centre in the brownies to make a cup.
  • Place the marshmallow on it and blow torch it.
  • Drizzle some melted chocolate on top and serve.
