How to make Oreo-Red Velvet Brownie

Perfect Oreo-Red Velvet Brownie prepared using SwissBake® Red Velvet Brownie Mix
BAKE TEMP : 180°C
MIXING TIME : 6 mins
BAKE TIME : 40 to 45 mins
PREP TIME : 40 - 50 mins

Ingredients

SwissBake® Red Velvet Brownie Mix V13390 - 1000g
Water - 300g
Oil - 240g
Oreo Cookies - 8-10 packets

Method

  • Take a square cake ring 10X10, line with parchment paper. Preheat the oven at 180°C
  • Now place all the ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl. Using a planetary mixer with the paddle attachment, mix at slow speed for 1 minutes.
  • Add oil and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Scrape the batter and mix at slow speed for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Pour half of the batter into the square cake ring, place Oreo cookies and pour the remaining batter on top of it.
  • Remove the cream from the cookies and place Oreos on brownie.
  • Bake at 180°C for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Let it cool down and cut the brownie into equal pieces. Place it on a plate and serve.
