How to make White Chocolate Red Velvet Cookies Bars

Perfect White Chocolate Red Velvet Cookie Bars prepared by SwissBake® Red Velvet Cookie Mix
BAKE TEMP : 160ºC
MIXING TIME : 3 mins
BAKE TIME : 20 to 22 mins.
PREP TIME : 40 - 50 mins

Ingredients

SwissBake® Red Velvet Cookie Mix - 1000g
Water - 100g
Unsalted Butter - 200g
White Chocolate - 500g

Method

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl using a paddle attachment and blend together on slow speed for 1 min.
  • scrape down the mixture and blend again for 2minutes on medium speed.
  • Once the dough is formed, clean wrap it and refrigerate it for 15 mins.
  • Take square cake ring - 2 to 3 numbers, put the dough in the ring and flatten it.
  • Bake at 160°C for 20 to 22 mins.
  • Once it cools down completely, cut equal rectangle size red velvet cookie bars.
  • Drizzle some white chocolate over the rectangle cookie bars and serve it.
