How to make Vegan Chocolate Custard

Vegan Chocolate Custard prepared by SwissBake® Coco Crème L50
BAKE TEMP : 180°C
MIXING TIME : 5 - 6 mins
BAKE TIME : 12 - 15 mins
PREP TIME : 20 - 25 min

Ingredients

SwissBake® Coco Crème L50 – 500g
Water – 1000g
Whipped Cream – 100g
Chocolate Flakes – 60g
Cocoa Powder – 50g
SwissBake® Neuschnee Sugar – 20g

Method

  • Place the SwissBake® Coco Crème L50, cocoa powder and water in a mixing bowl
  • Whip it together for 5-6 minutes on high speed or until smooth.
  • Pour the whipped chocolate custard in the ramekin mould
  • Bake the custard at 180°C for 12-15 minutes under a water bath.
  • Once its baked, let it cool down and pipe a dollop of whipped cream
  • Garnish it with chocolate flakes and sprinkle some SwissBake® Neuschnee Sugar and serve it.
