SwissBake® GLASUR® Mango Glaze is an instant ready to use cold set mango flavoured cake glaze that imparts a natural alphonso mango taste with an amazing shiny gloss to your patisserie & bakery products.  

This cold set cake jelly has been developed by our team of experts to ensure a consistent long-lasting premium mirror like shine & a rich mouthfeel to your confectionery & patisserie products. It is easy to use and enables professional bakers to quickly enhance the visual appeal of their confectionery & patisserie products with minimal effort. The Mango glaze also improves product freshness by reducing moisture loss.  

SwissBake® GLASUR® Mango Glaze can be used for glazing or as a filling for your tarts, pastries, muffins, mouses and other bakery and pastry products

Method

Put the required amount of cold set GLASUR® Mango Glaze into a bowl & stir it carefully with a whisk or spatula until it becomes a smooth and uniform texture that can be easily poured. Apply it with a brush or directly pour on to confectionery as desired. Allow the Mango Glaze to stand for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting.
