OAT FLAKES

SwissBake® OAT FLAKES are special bakery grade whole rolled OATS flakes. They can be used both as a decoration item for breads or can also be added to breads to make a oat based healthy high fiber version of the bread. These oat flakes are made from whole oats groats which go through a rigorous process of dehusking followed by steaming and then pressing to flatten them. The best grade of oats are selected to make SwissBake® OAT FLAKES.
