Gingerbread mix is the perfect premix for preparation of a wide range of gingerbread products. This mix is made using a balanced blend of ginger, sweet cinnamon and molasses that will help you bake the yummiest gingerbread varieties this festive season.

Baker Recipe for Gingerbread cake

GINGERBREAD MIX 1000 gm
Water 300 gm
Fresh Eggs 50 gm

Baking Method

Combine Gingerbread mix with water and eggs
Mix on slow speed 5 min or until dough forms, dough may be sticky
Cover and Refrigerate the dough for 4 to 12 hours
Best volume is obtained on a rest of 24 hours
Transfer dough to a floured surface and roll to 1/4 Inch Thickness
Cut into desired shapes with floured cutter
Place 1 inch apart on ungreased sheet
Baking temperature 200º C
Bake time 10 to 12 min or until light golden brown around edges
Cool it before removing from the sheet for 5 min
Decorate if desired
