The Pearl Silver Glaze is a truly remarkable glazing gel, it creates a pearl like appearance that can truly transform your everyday baked cakes and confectionery items into one of its kind items of art, fashion or luxury. It has a smooth and high gloss appearance with a mirror-like reflection that makes for a perfectly glamorous appearance. Mix this along with other flavoured glazes to get a unique sparkling glaze variant. This glaze is easy to use and can be instantly prepared for application. Once uniformly mixed, the product is free flowing and lump free. It sets quickly and has good stability while cutting. This glaze is perfect for all exclusive and glamorous bakers creating truly unique bakery and confectionery items.

Method

Put the required amount of cold set GLASUR® Pearl Silver Glaze into a bowl & stir it carefully with a whisk or spatula until it becomes a smooth and uniform texture that can be easily poured. Apply it with a brush or directly pour on to confectionery as desired. Allow the Pearl Silver Glaze to stand for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting.
