Pestini Snack 5 is a natural spice/flavouring concentrate based on Italian herbs. It can be used to give a unique mediterranean taste profile to your baked goods without use of any artificial flavours. It is a convenient 5%-10% dosage dry powder that can be added to flour-based products to give a natural Italian herb flavouring. Ideal for use in mediterranean or italian breads and baked breads. It can also be used to create olive oil based seasonings like dips or sauces.

The product has a shelf life of 12 months when stored under 16ºC in a dry hygienic environment. Packet needs to be sealed properly after opening as product is hygroscopic in nature.
