Method
Heat milk in a saucepan and slowly add heavy Crème & Easy Crème Brûlée Mix. Whisk all the ingredients together to form a mixture and bring the mixture to a boil. Pour the mixture into heat-resistant molds, this is base crème custard for Crème Brûlée. You can also pour the mixture into a tray to cool & use it as a filling for pastries and specialty desserts. Place the molds in a refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight as required. Just before serving, sprinkle the surface with a little sugar and use a torch to caramelize the sugar to form a beautiful golden crust.
