Cost Calculator

Method

Use a whisk attachment for mixing. Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients together at medium speed for approximately 8 minutes to form a smooth batter. For sponge base, bake at 185°C for 25 to 35 minutes.

Tip : For preparing chocolate sponge, we recommend adding 3% fat reduced cocoa powder to the mixed batter.
