SwissBake® Crème Cake Mix - Spicy Fruit is a special formulation crafted to deliver an array of crème cakes with a precise balance of sweetness and spicy-fruit flavours, dense crumb and rich moist texture. Our spicy fruit cake mix is a testament to our Swiss craftsmanship and includes natural ingredients only, free of any artificial preservatives, colouring or flavouring. Additionally, its advanced, preservative-free formula allows the fruit cakes to have a longer shelf-life while preserving its softness & freshness. With this versatile cake mix, you can make a wide range of cake creations such as:

SwissBake® Crème Cake Mix - Spicy Fruit is highly recommended for professional bakers, commercial bakeries, confectioners, luxury hotels and pâtisseries seeking to deliver a fusion of spicy-fruity delights to their clientele.

FRESH EGGS 350 gm 35%
WATER 225 gm 22.50%
VEGETABLE OIL 300 gm 30%

Cost Calculator

Method

  • Use a planetary mixer with a paddle attachment. 
  • Combine SwissBake® Spicy Fruit Cake Mix and Fresh eggs in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix on slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Scrape the batter and mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
  • Add water, oil to the batter, and mix on slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Scrape the batter and mix again on medium speed for 3 minutes.
  • (Optional) Add dry fruits, nuts or chocolate chips of your choice (15-20%) and mix on slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Pour the batter in the desired mould.
  • Bake at 175°c - 180°c for 25-35 min until fully baked.
