Method

Pre-heat and lightly grease the waffle iron before working on the batter.
Stir the waffle mix, oil and water together for 4 to 5 minutes or until a smooth batter is formed.
Pour 2/3 cup batter onto a preheated baking plate.
Bake at 180ºC to 200ºC or until baked for 5 to 6 minutes.
