How to make Red Velvet Cream Cheese Waffle

Perfect Red Velvet Cream Cheese Waffle prepared by SwissBake® Red Velvet Waffle Mix
BAKE TEMP : 180 - 200°C.
MIXING TIME : 4 to 5 mins
BAKE TIME : 4 to 5 minutes
PREP TIME : 10 - 15 mins


SwissBake Red Velvet Waffle Mix – Veg (V13310) - 1000g
Water - 850g
Cream Cheese - 200g
White Choco Chips - 100g
Dark Choco Chips - 100g
White Chocolate - 500g


  • Preheat the waffle iron before working with the batter.
  • Stir waffle mix and water together with a wire whisk for 4 to 5 minutes or until smooth.
  • Let the batter stand for 2-3 minutes, pour about 2/3 cup batter onto the preheated waffle iron.
  • Cook waffles for 4 to 5 minutes at 180°C to 200°C.
  • Once the waffle cools down cut it into half and apply cream cheese.
  • Cut waffle sandwich in half and place it on individual plates.
  • Dip the curve side of the waffle in white chocolate and then coat it with mix of white and dark chocolate chips.
  • Sprinkle some powdered sugar on waffle and serve it
